This former Olympic skater works out and maintains his health while training up-and-coming young skaters at the Fort Dupont Ice Arena. Coach Nat wants others in Ward 7, and throughout the city, to join in on the fun and commit to working out at least one hour a week. Because proper diet is also important in Living Well, he reminds community members to eat at least three servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Join Coach Nat and his Fort Dupont kids as they skate their way to healthy living.
